2) Have trust issues
3) I am really picky
4) I threaten men- I am too independent.
5) I am scared,what if I don't meet his expectation or vice versa.
6) Haven't found anyone that I like and hw likes me back,so I rather be alone than wiv someone I don't like.
7) I want to be chased and nt do the chasing.
8) Too many women around, so u with values are overlooked as been proud/full of ones self etc

A nation in TURMOIL

Really, 9ja just gets to me. The so called giant of Africa is in darkness because Nepa aka PHCN is on strike, now pple would say, what difference does that make there is never light? Abi. Well I think is a bit deeper than that, why are they on strike? The govt owes them some N30billion( or something like that)n they had wanted to embark on a strike earlier, but the govt paid them N5billion as a part payment,what is my point...the Govt OWES them money - nearly 2 years salaries,monetized benefits and allowances. How on earth do people work for 12months with no pay???that is unbelievable, no wonder equipments are vandalised,oficial exhtorit monies to give u power, to cut ur powerlines etc.. It is very disheartening, we shouldn't blame the officials, we are only suffering the effect of neglect of the pple. As they say Man must wak, these people have children they r sending to school, family members they are taken care of etc...how many of us can honestly say we would work honestly on those terms and conditions...
PHCN is just a victim of the Nigerian corrupt system....

God help us all.

SO I HAVE A CRUSH

So i have a crush on one of my single friends, and i have always though him a big strange, ever since i met him in school, everyone has raised an eyebrow at me( the what about him look).
Anyways, how did this develop...one day I go to his house to drop up some stuff and we got chatting and flirting and i just though woah..i actual like this guy( in that way).
And we are of similar backgrounds ( both last borns), anglican by birth( he is still one sha),from the same state, he is older like 40, i am 32( that worries me some times).
He is quiet and enjoys his own company, which i sincerly appreciate, I think he only wants one child and so do I. He also wants to return and live abroad as Nigeria frustrates him too...he likes to go on holidays and not shop.

Anyways so my colleague is his friend and thinks we would be great together. we actually do get along and all that.....and is on a mission to get us together

he has told me , his is a lost cause with regards to marriage and he will look for someone to have his baby, i just looked and smiled.

I am not sure that what i want from him, I think I just need to be involved with someone and i doesnt even have to involve sex....I honestly think i am lonely.....and this is not about needing someone to complete me ( at least I dont think so).

Anyways< i just think things will be less uncomplicated with him and it will be a live and let live relationship....

So i am awaiting to see how it unfolds, cos in all this I wanna be chased...lol

FUN, FRIENDSHIP AND SOME GOOD LOVING

So i met this guy in my friend's office, who although not married, is in a committed relationship and has offered me the above. we have agreed to be just platonic friends.
I have said to him that time wasters need not apply. what I really wanted to say is: stay away from me dude, cos in 2 months time you will be bitching about your girlfriend and saying how you should be with me instead....I am so tired of hearing that crap..it is so stale.... how this marriage business would have been better with me and not her....
am i full of myself?? no ...the truth is I have heard it so many times, i don't believe it...cos how come i only hear if from my friends that have "significant others" and not single ones? i think men just get carried away when you guys are friends and begin to see something where there is nothing....

that begets the question: can men and women be platonic friends...i say yes, but someone always has feelings...but they rise above it for the sake of the friendship...

so yes i am up for fun, friendship and some gud loving....not just with you...

5 year plan

So I have a 5yr plan...that is where I want to be in 5yrs..give or take by God's grace...In it, a man doesn't feature...should I be worried? Maybe; Am I worried?not as much as I shld...as I am single now..with no man on the horizon...I will cross that bridge when I get there. It is interesting in 5yrs - will be 37yr...scary as that sounds it is quite exciting to see how it unfolds....to be contd..sleepy
